I use Primavera for scheduling purposes, we are not specifically into detail of resources,we have direct given budget cost for each activity, so we can achieved total duration versus contract amount, this is not the aim of using primavera? S-curve and barchart is attainable in this data,,do we still need to segrefate the resources separately,like (materials, labor, Equiptment) how to achieve productivity rates for the activity. please share how it works?
