Well I will complement Haseeb. It is Midas Civil and I would also call SAP2000 version 10 or higher in second rank.
The reason for choosing Midas Civil and SAP is that today, analysis and results are not that much problem, as any Finite Element solver can do it.
The real problem is the availability of Powerful Bridge Modeler that can generate a model of a bridge from few parametric definition inputs. The second most important thing is the required design code while third most important is the ability to convert the analysis/design output in required result/reports.
