Normally the steel is paid accrding to its use so it will be better to calculate the expenses of steel upto its final position and then quote the sme in your bid.
Rate analysis is done to calculate the expenses which include the
Cost of steel
Labour involved upto its final position
Losses due to cutting
cost of transportation
